Responsibilities

• Lead GUARD's Retail Regional Distribution organization and provide strategic direction.
• Maintain field presence and develop relationships with agency partners.
• Evaluate and optimize regional structure and territory alignment.
• Strengthen relationships with agency partners at all levels.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Service, Marketing on growth.
• Coach and develop a high-performing distribution leadership team.
• Identify market opportunities and distribution challenges with recommendations.
• Align distribution strategies with company objectives.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor results.
