Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Financial Services experience with a track record of delivering outcomes in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams end-to-end and drive execution across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Liquidity & Account Solutions business management agenda, including performance management and executive decision support.
• Own management reporting and executive narratives; translate data into clear insights, options, and actions.
• Establish and run business cadence: OKRs, initiative tracking, and governance routines with defined targets and metrics.
• Partner with Finance and functional stakeholders on financial performance, forecasting inputs, and resource trade-offs.
• Provide rapid-response executive support for ad-hoc requests and high-stakes deliverables with accuracy and clarity.
