You will perform root-cause analysis, gather requirements, and drive system gap analysis while coordinating with Line of Business, LRM, and Treasury teams. Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Services with a background in Finance or Business Management.
• Detail knowledge of Trading products such as Securities, Securities Financing and Derivatives.
• Must be able to analyze and draw conclusions from large amounts of data in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare analysis of Securities data for regulatory and internal management reports.
• Identify data quality issues and drive remediation with technology teams.
• Collaborate with policy, oversight, Middle Office and tech teams to identify gaps and implement requirements.
• Work with project teams on product development and management, including regulatory changes.
• Produce and present scorecards to senior management on project status, issues and risks.
• Participate in creation or review of Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Assist in tool development and refinement within LRI and analytics tools.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and track issues to resolution.
