Job summary

Curative is seeking an accomplished physician-executive to lead clinical operations and innovation for its Management Services Organization (MSO). This VP will build the operating strategy, people, processes, and technology to support primary care across multiple states.

The role requires deep MSO or medical-group operating experience, strong business judgment, and fluency with AI-enabled transformation. It is fully remote with limited travel.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with unrestricted medical license in at least one US state.
• Board certification in a clinical specialty is strongly preferred; primary care experience valued.
• Executive healthcare leadership experience ( MSO or multi-entity medical group) required.
• Experience owning budgets, operating plans, and P&L drivers in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the MSO operating strategy aligned with Curative's priorities.
• Lead scalable MSO operations across virtual and in-person care models.
• Oversee governance, staffing, credentialing, and compliance across states.
