Job summary

Sitero is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Operations to lead global clinical services delivery, align strategy with client needs, and scale operations with quality and speed. This role leverages eClinical solutions and AI capabilities to enhance trial performance across programs.

You will partner with executive leadership, Product and Commercial teams to drive proposals, governance, and client outcomes, while building a high‑performing global operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive clinical operations leadership in CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading global multi-regional clinical operations teams.
• Experience integrating technology/eClinical platforms; AI exposure a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and P&L impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global clinical operations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead and scale global clinical operations teams across regions.
• Drive operational excellence with focus on quality, speed, and consistency.
• Oversee full lifecycle of clinical trials from startup to closeout with regulatory compliance.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor delivery performance and risks.
• Embed quality-by-design with QA and address audit findings.
