Job summary

Sitero LLC seeks a Vice President, Clinical Operations to lead global clinical operations strategy, delivery quality, and scalable services across the life sciences portfolio.

This role partners with executive leadership, Product, and Commercial teams to drive integration of eClinical solutions and AI capabilities, ensuring timely, compliant studies and strong client outcomes in a fast-growing CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree (MS, MPH, MBA) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive clinical operations leadership experience in CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading global multi-regional clinical operations teams across US/EMEA/APAC.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global clinical operations strategy aligned with growth and client expectations.
• Lead and scale global clinical operations teams; ensure structure, talent, and capabilities.
• Drive quality, speed, and consistency in execution across programs.
• Oversee full lifecycle of trials from startup to closeout with regulatory compliance.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and risk.
• Partner with Finance and HR to align workforce planning with pipeline demand.
