Job summary

AmeriHome Mortgage, a Western Alliance Bank company, seeks a Vice President, Senior Product Analyst to shape Agency and Non-Agency product offerings by delivering actionable product intelligence.

You will lead guideline analysis across investors, competitors, and Correspondent Sellers, collaborate with Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Underwriting, and Sales, and drive scalable AI-enabled processes using Excel and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage Banking or similar field.
• Strong leadership experience is required.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and comparison of Agency and Non-Agency guidelines across investors, competitors, and Correspondent Sellers.
• Develop and publish comprehensive product intelligence reports for strategic decisions.
• Design scalable guideline review processes using Excel and AI.
• Create standardized guideline analysis templates and maintain a current library of guidelines and intelligence.
• Serve as a SME for evolving guideline requirements and competitive positioning.
