AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC is seeking a Vice President, Senior Product Analyst to shape Agency and Non-Agency product offerings through actionable product intelligence. You will lead guideline analysis, develop reports, and implement AI-driven review processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Mortgage Banking or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and comparison of Agency and Non-Agency guidelines across investors, competitors, and Correspondent Sellers.
• Develop and publish comprehensive product intelligence reports for strategic decisions.
• Design scalable guideline review processes using Excel, AI, and analytical tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Create standardized guideline analysis templates for hard, soft, and compliance guidelines.
• Build and manage a library of current and historical guidelines, analyses, and competitive intelligence.
• Serve as SME for evolving Agency/Non-Agency guideline requirements and competitive positioning.
