Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a VP to drive the modeling platform for Personalization & Customer Insights. You will shepherd the roadmap across the ML development lifecycle—deployment, serving, monitoring, and governance—and partner with ML Engineering, Data Science, and Cloud teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience or equivalent, including owning the roadmap for a technical or platform product.
Proven success delivering ML platform or MLOps products to production, in close partnership with ML Engineering, Data Science, and infrastructure teams.
Strong working knowledge of production model runs: batch and real-time inference, deployment/versioning, monitoring and drift, latency and cost tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

Shape platform strategy and own the roadmap for MDLC lifecycle from deployment to monitoring and governance.
Shorten time from trained model to production and increase live models without custom infra work.
Own serving paths roadmap (batch, real-time, hosting) with metrics on response time, uptime, and cost.
Enable self-serve: train, deploy, serve, and A/B test without tickets, even for other teams.
Own reporting for performance, monitoring, drift, explainability, cost, usage, and service health.
