Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the client platform MFA. You will align engineering, cybersecurity, fraud, risk, legal, design, operations, and channel teams around a measurable, secure-by-design authentication roadmap.

As a strategic leader, you will drive enrollment flows, device binding, recovery, and channel migrations while maintaining a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience, including platform ownership across multiple applications or teams.
• Experience delivering authentication, identity, security, or risk products in regulated environments; financial services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MFA methods (push, OTP, authenticator apps, device binding, recovery, FIDO2/WebAuthn).

Responsibilities

• Own MFA product vision and multi-year roadmap across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate security and client objectives into measurable product outcomes and features.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through production launch with diverse teams.
• Define and manage governance artifacts, risk assessments, and audit evidence.
• Drive prioritization, backlog grooming, and release readiness with stakeholders.
