Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for client platform Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This leader will drive a secure-by-design authentication platform across web and mobile channels, aligning engineering, cybersecurity, risk, legal, and design partners around a measurable portfolio of features and outcomes.

Qualifications

5-7 years of product management experience delivering platform capabilities across multiple applications and channels.
Experience in authentication, identity, security, fraud, risk, or client protection products in regulated environments.
Strong understanding of MFA methods and tradeoffs; familiarity with OAuth/OIDC, SAML is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own MFA product strategy, roadmap, and quarterly delivery plans for web and mobile client platforms.
Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, cybersecurity, fraud, and design teams from discovery to launch.
Define features, acceptance criteria, release plans, and post-launch validation.
Collaborate with risk, legal, compliance, and data offices to meet governance requirements.
