Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager in the Technology division to support Cloud & Platform Security. You will partner with security and engineering teams to deliver meaningful security outcomes and align the product roadmap with corporate strategy.

The role requires collaboration across a matrixed organization, strong communication, and a technical background to engage with customers and developers. This is a VP-level position within the product family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management and working in a modern software development lifecycle.
• Technical background enabling discussions with customers and engineers.
• Ability to measure product performance using data to inform decisions.
• Experience delivering outcomes in matrix organizations and agile environments.
• Experience delivering products or services in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery and partnership.
• Drive management, socialization, and evolution of the product roadmap.
• Enable the engineering team to work in an agile manner with clear priorities.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap across teams.
• Align product strategy with wider organizational strategy.
• Understand industry and market to inform the roadmap and interactions.
• Build and maintain customer community and engagement for the product.
• Champion the team's customer successes.
