Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management.
• Technical background enabling discussions with customers and engineering teams.
• Ability to measure and report on product performance with data.
• Experience in modern software engineering lifecycle.
• Experience building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience delivering outcomes in matrix organizations and influencing partners.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery and partnerships.
• Drive the management, socialization, and evolution of the product roadmap.
• Enable engineering to work in an Agile manner with clear priorities.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap and manage dependencies/risks.
• Align product strategy with overall organizational strategy.
• Understand industry and market to inform roadmap and interactions.
• Build and maintain customer community and engagement for the product.
