Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for client platform Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This role requires building a secure-by-design authentication platform while preserving a seamless client experience.

Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, design, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes and drive adoption across web and mobile channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product efforts for platform capabilities used across teams.
• Experience delivering authentication, identity, or security products in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of MFA methods and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the MFA product vision, multi-year roadmap, and quarterly delivery plans across web and mobile.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, cybersecurity, fraud, risk, design, and other teams from discovery to launch.
• Partner with regulatory, legal, privacy, and governance teams to meet controls and compliance requirements.
• Drive disciplined product rituals: prioritization, backlog grooming, and post-launch reviews.
