Job summary

ESL, Experience Senior Living, seeks a strategic leader to guide Memory Care across its portfolio. You will define standards, drive person-centered care, and partner with executives to improve performance and regulatory readiness.

The role requires senior-level experience in dementia care, strong leadership, and financial acumen to develop scalable programs and leaders across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required or preferred.
• Ten+ years in senior living, dementia care, healthcare, or related resident-service environment.
• Five+ years leading multi-site, regional, or corporate Memory Care programs/operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Memory Care strategy across ESL portfolio.
• Establish ESL Memory Care philosophy, policies, tools, and performance standards.
• Ensure person-centered, evidence-informed care across all communities.
• Advise executives on performance trends, risks, and resource needs.
• Lead regulatory readiness, surveys, and quality-improvement plans.
• Travel across the Experience Senior Living portfolio to support operations.
