Job summary

JLL is seeking a Vice President for the Master Plan Advisory team in Texas. You will lead a national portfolio of master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements, guiding multi-market projects from inception to completion across diverse sectors.

You will mentor PMs, develop client relationships, and drive new business opportunities to grow the national platform. You will oversee zoning, entitlement processes, and collaborate with design and infrastructure teams, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership of cross‑functional teams and multi‑market engagements.
• Proven ability to develop new client engagements and manage portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead national portfolio of master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements.
• Direct delivery of master plan projects from inception to completion across sectors.
• Oversee density studies, site test fits, and implementation plans reflecting client objectives.
• Provide senior oversight of zoning analysis and entitlement processes with jurisdictions.
• Mentor a team of project managers and senior PMs for growth.
• Build senior client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead pursuit and cross-selling efforts within the broader platform.
• Collaborate with design teams to align solutions with market needs.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Implement PM methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency.
