Job summary

JLL is seeking a Vice President for Master Plan Advisory to lead master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements across the Americas. You will guide project teams, manage a portfolio, and drive new business while mentoring staff and maintaining senior client relationships.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in related fields, strong leadership, and the ability to travel nationwide. Location includes multiple Texas markets and Austin-area opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, master planning, or development, including leading teams.
• Strong understanding of master planning, infrastructure design, entitlements, and jurisdictional approvals.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing project teams.
• Experience in business development including pitching and securing new client engagements.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience across a portfolio.
• Excellent client management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Demonstrated ability to build senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national portfolio of master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements.
• Direct delivery of master plan projects across multiple markets and sectors.
• Provide senior oversight of zoning analysis and entitlement processes.
• Mentor a team of project managers and senior project managers.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage project financials including budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with design teams and infrastructure specialists.
• Drive a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
