Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC seeks a Vice President of Markets and Regulatory to own strategy, growth, delivery quality, and P&L for Market Analysis, Independent Engineering, and NERC Program Management in North America. You will serve as the technical authority relied upon by lenders and asset owners.

You will translate market trends into offerings, guide AI adoption for quality and productivity, and lead client relationships with banks, investors, and developers.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of bankable independent engineering reports, financial models, and long-term market forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy, service offerings, delivery model, and multiyear growth plan for Market Analysis, Independent Engineering and NERC Program Management service lines in North America.
• Translate market trends into actionable service offerings and growth plays.
• Lead as senior authority on nodal market dynamics, congestion and basis risk, and regulatory frameworks (FERC, NERC, ISO/RTO tariffs).
• Own report quality, defend conclusions with lenders and investment committees, and sign deliverables.
• Oversee technical work product and ensure delivery quality, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.
