Smartly.io is seeking a visionary VP of Marketing Strategy & Operational Excellence to connect company strategy with marketing execution. You will design scalable operating models, data-driven capabilities, and automation frameworks across global teams to drive growth.

Reporting to the CMO, you will lead the marketing machinery, optimize spend, and build a high-performing team, elevating governance, dashboards, and partner collaboration.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate leadership across large teams and transformations.
• Strong experience with AI automation, data tooling, and workflow automation.
• Deep knowledge of marketing tech stacks and multi-touch attribution.

Responsibilities

• Align marketing priorities with company strategy and OKRs.
• Lead annual and quarterly integrated marketing planning across sub-functions.
• Standardize upstream marketing briefings for global campaigns and ensure cross-functional handoffs.
