Job summary

Shelf is seeking a VP of Marketing to drive growth and awareness for its AI platform in a sales-led, account-based motion. The role will translate Shelf's value to executive buyers and partner across Product, Sales, and Engineering to shape global GTM strategy and execute campaigns.

The ideal candidate will manage the existing team, travel to Warsaw quarterly, and bring proven B2B SaaS marketing experience in a $20–$100M revenue range or higher, with hands-on leadership across content, demand

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing at scale.
• Proven ability to lead a marketing function and rebuild as needed.
• Strong demand generation and enterprise campaign experience.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy, positioning and messaging for full funnel.
• Lead account-based marketing and pipeline generation with sales.
• Grow and manage marketing team; decide what to build in-house vs. with agencies.
• Coordinate with product and Poland-based teams to align messaging and roadmap.
• Set KPIs and operating rhythm to drive focus, speed and accountability.
