Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Marketing AI Program Analyst-Senior Associate to support day-to-day execution, tracking, and governance of Marketing AI initiatives across the CMO organization and key partners. You will manage AI POCs and pilots, maintain plans, statuses, and documentation to enable fast, informed decision making.

The role collaborates with Technology, Data/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Privacy, Controls, and Risk to ensure responsible innovation within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, marketing operations, technology delivery, or transformation support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio artifacts for AI POCs and pilots.
• Coordinate working sessions, capture outcomes, and track follow-ups to closure.
• Identify and flag risks and elevate appropriately.
• Produce clear status updates for teams and leadership.
• Collect and organize performance inputs to support business-impact narratives.
• Translate updates into structured, executive-ready content.
