StoreForce is seeking a highly experienced VP of Marketing to accelerate growth in a data-driven, PE-backed retail SaaS environment. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive demand, and build a scalable go-to-market engine focused on ARR expansion and enterprise value.

You will partner with executive leadership to optimize ICP, ABM, and marketing operations, leveraging AI capabilities while maintaining brand integrity and ROI across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA an asset.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing leadership and private equity-backed environments.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and HubSpot; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a go-to-market and marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets.
• Own annual marketing plan and budget; optimize across channels.
• Lead SDR function and ABM programs to drive pipeline and ARR.
• Develop multi-channel demand generation engine with measurable ROI.
• Oversee AI-powered marketing tooling, SEO, content, events and brand.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization with cross-functional partnerships.
