Job summary
Centene Corp. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive product growth and development for ACA/Marketplace offerings.
You will collaborate across actuarial, network, sales, implementation, and operations to guide new product development and ongoing management. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales, product development, or business development, with ACA/Marketplace experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
- 10+ years of sales, product development or management, or business development experience.
- ACA/Marketplace/Individual Market experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new business opportunities, identify market trends and manage product development for the assigned products.
- Serve as liaison between Actuarial, Network, Sales, Implementation, and Operations to ensure a smooth product development and ongoing management.
- Develop and implement product bundles based on offerings for target clients.
- Oversee transition of a client from sales to implementation and operations.
- Partner with Business Development to increase product offerings for clients.
- Oversee ongoing management of products to meet membership, operational, and financial KPIs.
