Job summary

The role coordinates Actuarial, Network, Sales, Implementation, and Operations to deliver unified product strategies.

You will develop and implement ACA/Marketplace product designs, oversee client transitions, and collaborate with corporate development to expand offerings for current and potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• ACA/Marketplace/Individual Market experience strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in sales, product development/management, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify market trends and opportunities for ACA/Marketplace products.
• Coordinate across Actuarial, Network, Sales, Implementation, and Operations.
• Lead new product development and ongoing product management initiatives.
• Oversee product bundles and client transitions from sales to implementation.
