Job summary

CINQCARE seeks a VP, Market Operations to lead the Indiana I/DD market. This executive role owns contract milestones, program operations, and KPI delivery, building and guiding the Indiana team while managing the market budget and strategic partnerships with CMOs and state agencies.

You will drive value-based care initiatives, analyze data to improve outcomes, and represent CINQCARE with government and community partners, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years in healthcare or human services leadership with 7–10 years in senior leadership with budget or P&L accountability.
• Experience managing government contracts with performance milestones and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of contractual milestones, program operation deliverables and KPIs with the State of Indiana.
• Lead Indiana team and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Manage market budget and allocation of resources to ensure program readiness.
• Report performance, risks and outcomes to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
• Align market strategy with CINQCARE goals and value-based care initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state contracts, regulatory requirements and HIPAA.
