Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment management, or program and project management.
• 5+ years leading cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment, including experience driving PI planning and delivery with technology partners.
• 5+ years experience with advisory or managed account platforms — advisor workflows, trading and rebalancing, or UMA/SMA account structures.
• 5+ years experience with tax overlay, tax‑managed, or tax‑aware portfolio management capabilities strongly preferred — including tax‑loss harvesting, transition management, or overlay management services.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Advisory Platforms strategy and vision with leadership and execute it end to end.
• Translate strategy into a 6–24 month roadmap with themes, outcomes, and value drivers.
• Lead tax overlay capability development, including requirements, sequencing, and delivery.
• Define tax overlay capability set with advisors, Advisory Programs, OPMG, and partners (tax-loss harvesting, budgeting, transition management, wash sale handling, tax-aware rebalancing).
• Drive PI deliverables by coordinating with technology partners to ensure clear objectives, identified risks, and on‑time delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships for advisory platforms, including evaluation, roadmaps, performance, escalations, and RFP/build discussions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to design end-to-end operating models for new capabilities and ensure proper controls and disclosures.
• Coordinate with adjacent teams like Model Management to align prioritization and delivery of shared capabilities.
• Define and prioritize capabilities needed by advisors, driving enablement with field, marketing, training, and service partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, managing scope and tradeoffs within the strategic direction.
• Define KPIs and success metrics (tax overlay adoption, asset growth, advisor-facing outcomes) and create executive-ready reporting and presentations.
