Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Market Data Sourcing Vice President to lead the Index category within Global Third Party Management. You will drive cost-effective market data contracts and negotiate terms across multiple vendors, partnering with legal, risk and business teams to ensure compliant, favorable terms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in category management, sourcing or procurement within financial services.
• Strong contract review, negotiation and drafting experience for Market Data contracts.
• Experience leading teams and providing SME guidance in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand Market Data needs across business units and source optimal products/services.
• Lead direct negotiations and manage large, complex Market Data agreements.
• Partner with legal and risk to ensure compliant terms and usage rights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate third-party risk with TPRM.
