Job summary

State Street is seeking a seasoned professional to manage market data financial operations, including invoice reconciliation, spend reporting, and governance. You will maintain supplier and contract data within FITS, collaborate across Procurement, Finance, and Account Management, and drive automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Market Data, Procurement, Vendor Management, Financial Operations, Sourcing or related finance discipline.
• Experience with market data vendor invoices, contract reconciliation, spend reporting and governance.
• Hands-on with FITS or similar market data inventory platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage market data financial operations, including invoice reconciliation and spend reporting.
• Maintain supplier, contract, and financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Account Management, vendors and stakeholders to drive governance.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data management.
• Oversee end-to-end reconciliation, review invoices against contracts, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare reconciliation packages and support financial case governance activities.
• Provide analytical insights from large datasets to senior management.
