Cabaletta Bio in Philadelphia (Hybrid) seeks a strategic Vice President of Market Access & Strategy for Commercial to shape pricing, reimbursement, and evidence generation aligning with value-based access for CAR-T therapies.

The role oversees HEOR, payer communications, policy strategy, and market research, partnering across Medical Affairs, NPP, and commercial teams to maximize lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• 15+ years of pricing, reimbursement, market access strategy, or HEOR experience.
• Deep expertise in Medicare/Medicaid policy, coding, and reimbursement frameworks.
• Experience in cell/gene therapy or complex specialty products strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for U.S. market aligned with product value and access goals.
• Oversee Medicare coding development and submission processes; Medicaid strategy across states.
• Develop and implement provider reimbursement strategies including coding and payment pathways.
• Lead HEOR strategy and partner with Medical Affairs to generate payer value evidence.
• Oversee payer and hospital market research to inform pricing, access strategy and evidence needs.
• Lead payer-focused materials and communications to convey value to stakeholders.
• Co-lead payer and hospital advisory boards to refine strategy and gather insights.
• Collaborate with NPP on future indications and business development opportunities.
