Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a US Vice President of Value and Access to lead and evolve a high-impact team focused on securing patient access and optimizing pricing, coverage, and reimbursement for our oncology and rare-disease portfolio.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Global Value & Access to support Cell therapy launches and future therapies. The candidate will shape payer value propositions, HEOR strategies, and distribution policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related discipline.
8+ years of Value Access (Market Access) + HEOR experience including leadership experience.
Experience with pricing and contracting strategies for medical and pharmacy benefit products.

Responsibilities

Lead the Value & Access team and build a best-in-class organization.
Develop and own pricing, coverage, and reimbursement strategies for the portfolio.
Manage objectives, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to enable commercial success.
Oversee evidence development and dissemination to support access strategies.
Navigate site of care dynamics and payer landscapes to maximize patient access.
