Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Secaucus, NJ seeks a dynamic Vice President of Value and Access to lead payer strategy, pricing, and reimbursement for our cell therapy portfolio, including EBV+ PTLD therapies.

You will shape HEOR plans, govern access programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive market access outcomes. This senior leader will build a high-performing team, manage budgets, and partner with government payers and providers to ensure rapid patient access and commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related discipline.
8+ years in Value Access/Market Access + HEOR with leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of US Medicare, commercial and Federal payers and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

Direct leadership of Value & Access team and build best-in-class organization.
Develop and execute pricing, coverage, and reimbursement strategies for portfolio.
Lead HEOR development and dissemination of value messages for launch and lifecycle.
Collaborate across functions and external stakeholders to enable access across sites of care.
Monitor access metrics and budgets; drive commercial success for Tab-Cel and future programs.
