Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Navy/DoD or national security environments.
• 10+ years of managing large programs, contracts, or portfolios with P&L responsibility.
• Proven success delivering program outcomes and customer satisfaction in complex federal settings.
• Experience driving IT modernization, cyber operations, cloud adoption, and mission systems initiatives.
• Strong leadership, executive presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and performance across Navy mission portfolios, ensuring schedule, cost, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct enterprise IT, cyber, engineering, and mission support programs aligned to Navy requirements.
• Manage multi-program portfolios with P&L responsibility, including budgets, forecasting and staffing.
• Drive modernization initiatives, secure architecture, cloud adoption, and data capabilities.
• Oversee programs supporting fleet modernization, C2 environments, and mission support.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, manage escalations, and ensure compliance.
