Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy aligned with corporate goals and customer commitments.
• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations across multiple sites, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Drive lean initiatives, standard work, and performance management to enhance margins and competitiveness.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in partnership with EHS and quality teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure manufacturing readiness for new products and volume changes.
