Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Vice President of Planning to develop and execute the enterprise planning strategy that aligns with growth, customer service, and financial objectives. This role leads Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Enterprise & Customer Programs teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and improvements.

The role requires leadership across multiple sites, implementing planning frameworks, governance, and performance metrics to ensure accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise planning strategy in support of company growth, customer service, and financial objectives.
Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Enterprise & Customer Programs teams.
Establish planning frameworks, governance processes, and performance metrics that drive accountability across the supply chain.
Create a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.
