Job summary

Morisey-Dart Group is seeking a LOCAL VP of Residential Construction & Operations for a prestigious boutique luxury developer in Florida. This role combines hands-on leadership of the residential homebuilding division with strategic oversight of production, budgets, and team performance.

Based in a 5,000-acre master-planned community featuring 400+ homesites and resort-style amenities, the executive will lead field operations, scheduling, permitting, subcontractor relations, and ensure

Qualifications

• Active Florida CGC license with ability to serve as qualifier.
• 5+ years in production homebuilding; boutique builder experience preferred.
• Proven leadership overseeing construction operations, personnel, budgets, and profitability.
• Knowledge of Palm Beach County residential market, local subs, vendors and permitting.
• Strong expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, field logistics, and quality control.
• Stable career history with ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Division Leadership: Oversee daily operations, maintain production volume, and execute growth strategies.
• Construction & Production: Direct homebuilding from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Financial Performance: Maximize profitability through budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Field Operations: Oversee scheduling, permitting, logistics, quality control, and subcontractor performance with local trade relationships.
• Customer Experience: Uphold white-glove service standards and foster accountability across the team.
