The role will oversee all construction and warranty operations, reporting to the CEO and supervising a small team. Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of homebuilding experience and have held Sr. Construction Manager or higher, preferably with luxury homebuilders or corporate office exposure in the greater Orlando area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of homebuilding experience.
• Sr. Construction Manager or above level experience.
• Luxury homebuilder or corporate office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction and warranty operations for the company.
• Supervise 3 Construction Managers, 1 Warranty Coordinator, and one Administrative Assistant.
• Report to the CEO.
