Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Loyalty Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Lead in Plano, TX. This role owns competitive intelligence for loyalty, acquisition, and attrition and leads loyalty initiatives delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will partner across analytics, finance, marketing, digital product, and operations to build business cases, define success metrics, and track performance, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in strategy, marketing, consulting, finance, analytics, loyalty, automotive, or related fields.
• 3+ years using data to generate insights and recommendations.
• 3+ years building business cases with cost-benefit analyses.
• 3+ years performing competitive analysis and translating trends into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead loyalty strategy development for private label captive finance brands grounded in customer insights and partner objectives.
• Analyze internal, third-party, and market data to assess loyalty performance and offer effectiveness.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build business cases, including opportunity sizing, investment needs, risks, and trade-offs.
• Develop executive-ready reporting that tracks initiative performance against metrics.
• Translate analyses into concise recommendations for senior leaders and partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement loyalty initiatives and measurement plans.
• Improve analytics and reporting through automation and emerging tech.
• Define and track testing approaches for loyalty actions and iterative improvements.
• Support partner discussions with insights on positioning, performance, and growth opportunities.
