Job summary

Uline, a leading North American shipping materials distributor, seeks a Vice President of Logistics at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. You will shape transportation strategy and lead a 50+ person logistics team across North America, driving next-day delivery.

The role partners with executive leadership to optimize carrier partnerships, improve efficiency, and advance operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 20+ years in large-scale logistics leadership.
• Experience with all transportation modes; LTL a plus.
• Ability to leverage data to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
• Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
