Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Sr Mgr in Loan Documentation and Processing to lead a professional team and drive end-to-end loan operations. You will review and prepare loan documents, close loans in a complex environment, and partner with product, sales, client delivery, and technology to improve quality, efficiency, and risk controls.

This is a full-time role based in Tampa. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience, strong understanding of loan processes, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in loan documentation and processing.
• Understanding of loan processes, procedures, products and services.
• Experience managing or coordinating teams and budgets.
• Ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues.
• Compliance with applicable laws, rules, and Citi policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation and support loan process tasks.
• Independently process and close loans within a complex loan operations environment.
• Lead the team to drive business initiatives, client solutions, and projects.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and cost-saving opportunities.
• Stays abreast of developments within the loan documentation/processing function.
• Monitor volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables.
