Job summary

The role involves coordinating with senior team members, coaching junior staff, and contributing to process improvements while ensuring risk controls and compliance across the function.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in loan documentation and processing.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Loan IQ experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• This role will manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.
• Independently processing and closing loans within a complex loans operation environment.
• Coordinate with senior team members on loan projects and initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to improving loan documentation processes.
• Escalate control gaps to senior management and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.
• Build relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.
