Responsibilities

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation and provide support for the loan process.
• Independently process and close loans within a complex operations environment.
• Lead the team to drive and implement business initiatives and projects.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures; drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of developments in loan documentation/processing and impact on the business.
