MERGE is seeking a Vice President, Analytics (Life Sciences) to lead a high-impact portfolio combining marketing measurement with advanced analytics. This role will mentor the Applied Intelligence team and partner with client teams to translate data into strategic, revenue-driving insights.

You will drive data strategy, privacy compliance, and AI-enabled workflows while shaping growth opportunities in HCP and patient marketing across a hybrid U.S. workforce.

Qualifications

12+ years of analytics leadership in agency or client-side roles.
Deep experience in HCP and patient/DTC marketing.
Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and client relationships.
Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights.
Familiarity with privacy, HIPAA, and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-impact analytics portfolio for life sciences with measurable outcomes.
Mentor Applied Intelligence team to grow capabilities and offerings.
