Job summary

MERGE is seeking a VP of Analytics (Life Sciences) to lead a high-impact portfolio and advance our measurement practice. You will turn strategy into credible evidence of marketing impact, advise clients, and mentor the Applied Intelligence team to grow capabilities.

You will apply AI and privacy-aware analytics, guide cross-functional work with Account, Creative, Media, Strategy, and Tech teams, and partner on business development and new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics with leadership of complex portfolios.
• Deep life sciences measurement experience (HCP/patient marketing).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities across accounts and manage delivery risks.
• Mentor teams and develop future leaders across clients.
• Define measurement standards, KPI definitions, data quality, dashboards.
