Job summary

MERGE is seeking a VP, Analytics (Life Sciences) to lead a high-impact portfolio of measurement and analytics work, translating strategy into credible evidence of impact and mentoring the Applied Intelligence team.

You will advise senior clients, collaborate across disciplines, and advance AI-driven analytics workflows while driving business development and ensuring rigorous data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics) or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree preferred for senior leadership in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio operations with clear priorities and risk management.
• Lead and mentor high-performing, self-directed teams with humility.
• Set and maintain standards for measurement plans, KPI definitions, testing, tagging, data quality, dashboards, and issue resolution.
• Scale capabilities by aligning talent to evolving client needs and opportunities.
