Citi is seeking a Full Stack Developer - Vice President to join the Technology group in a hybrid capacity. The role emphasizes leading delivery, advancing CI/CD practices, and shaping future architecture for e-trading and related platforms.

The position requires deep Java and React expertise, strong system analysis skills, and experience driving complex projects with SME influence across applications development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Applications Development and Java.
• Strong React front-end development experience.
• SME in at least one area of applications development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development with view on future state architecture and CI/CD.
• Drive quality through automated testing and SDLC improvements.
• Participate in design, planning, and estimation discussions.
• Analyze systems and translate business needs into specs.
• Oversee documentation and risk mitigation across the SDLC.
• Support production and guide junior developers and analysts.
