Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Engineering Lead.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
AI utilisation expertise and prompt engineering qualification.
Strong proficiency: Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
Ability to adjust priorities quickly; demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Drive design and architectural decisions for new and existing platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
Ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations while managing risk.
