Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Vice President, Legal Systems to design and build Ironclad-driven solutions that enable legal objectives through data analysis and system integrations. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting and operational insights across Legal teams while leveraging enterprise platforms.

The role requires leading integrations, dashboards, and data governance across CLM, HR, CRM, and other tools, with a focus on AI enablement and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience with 2+ years AVP level or external equivalent in Legal ops, enterprise systems, data analysis, or integrations.
• 5+ years in legal ops or systems integration with CLM, BI tools, AI tools, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working with legal and enterprise platforms to support workflows, data management, reporting, and insights.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ironclad, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad configuration and improvements.
• Design integrations across Salesforce, Ironclad, Workday.
• Build reporting and dashboards for department metrics and data governance.
• Support procurement systems roadmap.
• Lead and support Legal department initiatives involving configuration and integrations.
• Design, manage, and oversee data flows between Legal platforms and enterprise systems.
• Analyze, map, and validate data for reporting, compliance, and decisions.
• Identify metrics and data inputs from Legal and enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality standards and governance across platforms.
• Support use of Legal and enterprise platforms to enhance operations and insights.
