Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President—Legal Entity Controller to lead forecasting, regulatory reporting, and capital oversight for the Consolidated Lead Bank (JPMCB) and other entities.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to govern safety and soundness through strategic planning and regulatory compliance. You will analyze financial results, support capital planning, and prepare senior management and regulatory reports, while driving efficiency and maintaining strong

Responsibilities

• Lead legal entity forecasting, regulatory reporting, and capital oversight.
• Partner with Treasury, Capital Policy, and Firmwide teams on robust capital planning.
• Prepare and review monthly & quarterly regulatory reports.
• Support Recovery & Resolution Plans with detailed analyses.
• Compile the Firm and Bank Strategic Plan document.
• Manage the Bank Management Group quarterly agenda.
• Identify operating efficiencies and automation solutions.
