Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in biotech/pharma with late-stage development.
• Experience leading Phase 2/3 programs and global trials.
• Background in immunology, allergy/inflammation, or respiratory disease.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs.
• Drive cross-functional governance and decision-making across teams.
• Align program goals with corporate objectives and investor expectations.
• Oversee global trial plans, timelines, budgets, and critical path activities.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical Development, and CMC to ensure trial execution.
• Prepare communications for Board meetings highlighting risks and milestones.
• Develop target product profiles and differentiation strategies.
