Uniquity Bio is seeking a highly accomplished VP, Medical Affairs to build and lead the medical strategy as the company advances its pipeline. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will translate evolving clinical data into a clear medical plan, establish trusted relationships with external experts, and prepare for future approvals and commercialization.

This player-coach role requires scientific credibility and hands-on leadership to develop medical plans, oversee publications, and scale

Competenze

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required; medical degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs or related field.
• Experience building capabilities in a biotech environment.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute integrated Medical Affairs plans for solrikitug and future programs.
• Lead advisory boards and external engagement with key opinion leaders.
• Oversee evidence generation, publications and congress strategy.
• Partner with Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs to integrate medical insights.
